Each basket will include: 1x Sonicare toothbrush + replacement heads, 1x Sonicare cordless water flosser, 1x Whitening toothpaste, 1x Chapstick. Estimated total retail value of each basket $200
- Contest Period: The contest begins at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 20th and runs for one month, ending at 2:00 PM EST on May 20th.
- Eligibility:
- +1 Entry: Follow us on Instagram & Tag a friend in a contest-related post.
- +10 Entries: Refer a new patient who books an appointment during the contest period.
- Referrals must be new patients to qualify for the +10 entries.
- Prizes: There are two prizes available. The winners will be contacted directly via the contact information provided during the referral process.
- Prize Claim: Winners must pick up their prize at the Hartland Orthodontics location within two weeks of being notified. If a winner does not claim their prize within this period, the next eligible participant will be selected.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently.
- General Rules: By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the contest organizers.
